Loyola’s Coaching Certificate Program
The Coaching Certificate program emphasizes critical self-reflection and self-awareness, which are essential for effective coaching, helping you explore your core values, potential blind spots, and techniques such as non-attachment. You will also gain discernment, enabling you to clearly articulate the distinction between coaching and other support services like mentoring or therapy. Leadership Essentials
Leadership Essentials (LE) is a six-month leadership development program for emerging and mid-level leaders offered through Â鶹Porn in collaboration with From December - June, a diverse cohort of 30-35 leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors come together to advance their leadership skills. Participants benefit from one-on-one coaching, in-person sessions on leadership topics, and a team-based Community Impact Project to support a local nonprofit. Leadership Essentials Women's Group
Leadership Essentials Women’s Group (LEWG) is a four-month program designed to develop leadership skills for women who navigate similar challenges in the workplace. LEWG offers a supportive and inclusive environment for a small, diverse group of women to enhance their leadership abilities. Participants tackle common issues such as finding their voice, navigating transitions, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Through one-on-one coaching and in-person sessions with expert facilitators, participants gain confidence and learn practical strategies to succeed.
