Study Abroad 101 and Program Specific Sessions
Important Notes
*Please note that if attending in person, rooms across campus have occupancy limits and if a Study Abroad 101 reaches capacity, you may be turned away and asked to attend a future meeting in the interest of safety.
**Please note that times, dates and locations are all subject to change.
Students are encouraged to attend program specific Information Sessions for any and all programs of interest.
Which kind of information session are you looking for?
The OIP will be holding SARA session or special advising sessions for students who plan to apply to go abroad for a semester. Should you have course planning questions please plan on attending in the Humanities Conference room 142I on Wednesday October 14th from 10-12pm and 3-5pm.
Fall 2026 Study Abroad 101 Sessions
In order to qualify for studying abroad, students must attend ONE study abroad 101 session and at least ONE program specific information session.
Even with the requirement only having you attend one information session, it is encouraged that you attend an information session for as many locations that you are interested in applying for to be well informed. If you have program specific questions, please attend that information session before requesting to meet with a program director.
Please check back here on the day of your info session to ensure that there have been no changes to times/dates/locations.
