Advanced Leadership Development Program
For future executive leaders, this comprehensive leadership program is designed to develop high-potential individuals within you organization, positioning them for greater responsibility and career growth. Your selected participants will begin with an assessment of their leadership style and behavioral baseline, then build competencies through case discussion, role play and real world situational best practices. Future leaders will also receive a guided orientation to functional disciplines within your organization that will include product development, marketing, finance, technology, operations and HR within the context of the overall organizational structure, risk management and growth strategy.
Information Technology Alignment
For business and technology leaders, this workshop gives participants the ability to understand and measure current information technology within the context of your organization’s overall business strategy. The instructor will present hands-on tools, case analysis and active simulations to help participants understand best practices for both managing current IT operations and planning for future capabilities that must match your business strategy. Predictive Analysis and Forecasting
For financial managers and marketing/operations executives, this workshop develops the participants’ understanding of terms and techniques used in financial and marketing forecasting and analysis.
